Pages for each audience

Write pages in rich text, Markdown, or HTML, with tabs, accordions, forms, and reusable blocks. Show each page to guests, members, chosen groups, or companies, and give each audience its own version at the same address.

Reviewed before it goes live

Edits are saved as drafts and go to a review queue until an approver publishes them or sends them back. Schedule a page to publish or expire, compare and restore past versions, and followers are emailed when it's published.

Found in search, and measured

Each page gets an SEO score with a checklist of fixes, its own search title, and a place in the sitemap. Traffic, scroll depth, and exits are reported in Analytics, with Search Console and Google Ads tracking.

One record for every person

Each person's record has a tab for every module, from invoices and subscriptions to courses, posts, and tickets, and CRM leads share it. Add custom fields, including encrypted ones, and import a CSV with a review first.

Groups built from rules

Fill a group by hand, or by rules from any module, such as attended an event or has an overdue invoice, and its membership updates automatically. Dynamic groups are counted again at every campaign send.

Permissions you can trace

Each group allows, denies, or inherits each permission, and a deny in one group overrides an allow in another. You can see whether each setting was set, inherited, or a default, and only administrators can change full-access groups.

Sign-in and security

Protect every account with passkeys, two-factor, and single sign-on, plus breached-password checks and a way to restore anything deleted.

Passkeys and sign-in links

Members and admins sign in with a face, a fingerprint, or a device PIN, or with a one-time link sent by email. New passwords are checked against known breaches, and sign-in is paused after repeated wrong passwords.

Single sign-on with your groups

Put Google and Microsoft buttons on the sign-in page, or connect Duo, Clever, or any OpenID provider. People are added to groups from what the provider sends, and Bookings calendars connect through it too.

Two-factor where you need it

After the password, members enter a code from an app, a text, or an email. Require it by group, with backup codes and trusted devices, and every sign-in and admin action is recorded.

API and webhooks

Send and receive data with your other systems through signed webhooks and a REST API, and see every request and delivery in a log.

Webhooks from every module

Send orders, payments, invoices, bookings, form answers, tickets, and sign-ups to your other systems as they happen, each delivery signed. Post formatted messages to Microsoft Teams and Slack, or pause a webhook.

Every delivery and request on record

Each delivery is listed with its data and every attempt, and failed ones are retried automatically. The REST API uses keys limited to each kind of data, and every request is logged.

People and data coming in

People who sign in through your own single sign-on are placed in groups from what the provider sends. Incoming alert fields are mapped from a real sample, and admin tables can be exported to Excel and PDF.
