  1. Leads from forms, chats, and other sites

Leads come in from form rules, sales chats, a capture snippet on other websites, or a CSV import. New leads are shared out in turn, staff are alerted, and Microsoft or Google email is saved to the timeline.

  2. Deals move through the pipeline

Drag deals across each pipeline's stages, with a forecast by close month. Deals move forward automatically when a quote is accepted, an invoice is paid, or a booking is made.

  3. Won deals turn into quotes and invoices

Start a quote from a deal with its line items, or an invoice for the contact. See the funnel for each pipeline, results by lead source and owner, and progress toward revenue goals.

1A lead arrives from a form or chat

One record from the first contact

A form submission, a sales chat, or the capture snippet on another website creates the lead, assigns an owner, and starts the timeline. Notes, calls, emails, and meetings follow on the same record.

One record, from the form that started it to the next meeting.

2The deal moves through the pipeline

A board for every pipeline

Drag deals between stages, or let stage rules move them when a quote is accepted, an invoice is paid, or a booking is made. Each card shows its value, its days in the stage, and the next task.

  • Several pipelines with drag-and-drop boards
  • Stage rules for quotes, invoices, orders, bookings
  • Forecast by expected close month
  • Stale-deal highlighting
Deals by stage, with values and next tasks.

3Won deals turn into quotes and invoices

From a won deal to the money

A deal becomes a quote with its lines carried over, or an invoice for the contact, and the dashboard tracks the leads, the open pipeline, the win rate, and the tasks due.

Leads, the open pipeline, and deals won.

  1. Build any form

Choose from more than 30 field types, from file uploads to calculated values, with no limit on forms or submissions. Show or hide questions by earlier answers, score quizzes, and take payments or donations.

  2. On any page, link, or QR code

Place a form on any page, share its tracked link, or print its QR code, with fields filled in for signed-in members. Assign forms with due dates and reminders, and suspected spam is set aside.

  3. Rules for each answer

Rules run after each submission: show a thank-you, email a copy, add groups, create the account, make a CRM lead with a deal, offer a booking, or start an email series. Approve each submission or turn it into a ticket.

1Build the form

More than 30 kinds of field

3Rules for each answer

The next step, automatically

Rules that act on each answer.

Engagement and roster

Reward what members do with points and milestones, shown on their profiles, the leaderboards, and the member roster.

What each action is worth

Give points for posts, courses, attendance, purchases, bookings, and on-time payments, with a different value per event or course. Take points away for absences and no-shows, and adjust by hand with a reason.

Leaderboards and milestones

Members see all-time and this-month leaderboards, filtered by company, and their milestones with progress toward the next. Rename points and milestones to fit your wording, and members can hide themselves from the boards.

A member directory

Choose which groups are listed in the roster and which details show, with email and text buttons. Add a Leadership tab of photo cards and a birthdays-this-month card on the home page.

Discussions on posts, events, and courses

Set up categories and forums, and choose by group who can see, start, and reply in each. Blog posts, events, and courses get their own threads, and members follow them by email or digest.

Questions with marked answers

In a question forum, the reply that answers the question is marked, with a link to it at the top of the thread. Posts, answers, and reactions earn points and milestone badges, and search finds word forms and synonyms.

Moderation built in

New members' first posts are approved by a moderator before they show, and warnings come with strikes that expire. Pin, lock, move, and merge threads, set moderators for each forum, and handle reported posts as Help Desk tickets.

Every event, post, and course can have its own discussion.
